**Warranty Coverage**
- **One-Year Limited Warranty:** We stand behind the quality of our products. JRS Patio offers a one‑year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
- **What’s Covered:** Manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal, residential use. We will repair or replace the defective item or component at our discretion.
**Claim Process**
- **Contact Us:** If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service team via the Contact page. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
- **Resolution:** Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange for repair or replacement of the affected item or part. Shipping costs for approved claims are covered by us.
**Exclusions**
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper assembly, or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Commercial or non-residential use.
